I was very excited by the prospect of attending the biennial conference of the European Social Science History Association in Leiden to be held in March 2020. The Association put back the date to March 2021 because of the Covid outbreak, only now to cancel the second date. A virtual format for that date is now being planned. Although I am very disappointed with this news, I have decided to us the delay to thoroughly revise my paper presentation in a way that will advance the statistical and spatial sections of my Antisemitism and Rural Politics monograph.
